Common Question We’re Asked About Dental Implants

A dental implant is made up of three parts: a titanium or ceramic post, an abutment, and a restoration. Built to function like natural tooth roots, dental implants provide bone support and a stable foundation for a single dental crown, a dental bridge, a denture or a full arch prosthesis.

One of the biggest benefits of dental implants is that they are a dental restoration created to last a lifetime. While you may need to have a new prosthesis made every 10-20 years, your titanium implants should remain in your mouth permanently.
As with any dental surgery, you may feel some discomfort after receiving your dental implants. However, we make certain that the implant surgery is a pain-free experience by using proper numbing and sedation methods. After implantation, you will receive information on keeping any discomfort to a minimum by using suggested over-the-counter and/or prescription medications.

The cost of dental implants is based on many factors, including how many teeth are missing and for how long, the types of materials used, and what additional procedures are needed. Implants 4 All believes finances must not be an obstacle to obtaining dental implants from our team. Therefore, at our multiple locations in Florida, we offer $500 toward your full mouth dental implant cost in addition to a free consultation. Our team can help you apply for dental financing and will file insurance claims on your behalf to help you afford treatment.

Potential Dental Implant Patients can receive affordable, no-collateral loans up to $60,000 with flexible terms up to 96 months at fair, fixed rates using our 3rd party financial service partners, such as Proceed Finance!

Many patients are candidates for dental implants already, or can qualify after receiving preparatory treatments like bone grafting and tooth extractions. The best way to know if you are an excellent candidate for dental implants like All-On-4® treatment or Teeth-in-a-Day is to schedule a complimentary consultation at one of our convenient Florida locations. We will use our expertise guided by diagnostics to recommend the solution we feel is best-suited to your goals.

Candidacy for dental implants varies depending on your health history. Some patients with minor bone loss may be immediate candidates for some types of dental implant treatments. Others may do better if they undergo other treatments first, like bone grafting or a sinus lift. When you visit us during your initial free consultation, we’ll talk about the best options based on your experiences.

Education and expertise matters when it comes to choosing a dental implant doctor. That’s why you’ll be pleased to know that our dental implant patients enjoy a more than a 98% success rate. We take all precautions to stop dental implants from failing, including monitoring your health and recovery status.

Recovery from dental implant surgery will take a few weeks as your mouth adjusts to having a new set of replacement teeth. However, the closer you follow your post-surgical instructions and care, the sooner you’ll feel like your dental implants are a part of your body.

After being taken advantage of by another local Dentist my wife chanced upon Planes. She is thrilled and extremely happy with the dental work and their professional care. She says Dr B is the best. I highly recommend them even though i've yet to visit them myself.

My husband and I are patients here. They are very nice and they seem to be on top of things. Their technology is pretty awesome (they can show you everything in the chair, schedule you in the chair, text reminders). I had a few snafus with the front desk, but the last one Lauren fixed it real quick on the phone. Appreciate that Lauren. Ah and my husband has medical alerts and when someone accesses the file it pops up immediately. Perfect. I personally love that they are reminded each time.

OMG what a wonderful experience, and at a dentist office. From the time I walked in the office, as a new patient, I felt totally relaxed. Evelyn, at the front was so sweet with a beautiful smile. Got me checked right in and then here comes Audrey bubbly as can be and so friendly to get all the exrays. explaining everything as she"s going along. Met Dr."B" Bengochea , totally delightful, so easy to talk to and left plenty of time for questions.Looked throughly said i was doing a good job and thats what i like to hear. At that point now i'm off to Rita, the hygienist, and she is unbelievable!! Never have I ever had such a though cleaning. Cannot say enough about her. THE BEST. So what i"m trying to say is that if you need a good dental experience go visit Planes Dental. I"ve been in the dental field for ten years and I think they"re still the best. One more step is Evelyn as you're leaving and she wants money but she"s still happy. Maybe because she"s collecting money lol

Got a flyer in the mail for Planes Dental Arts advertising a $79 special for new patients. An exam and healthy cleaning caught my eye, what a bargain. Got an appointment pretty quick also. The staff is very pleasant and the office appears to be well run. The Dr. was very thorough as was the hygienist. Got a clean bill of health, but since I hadn't seen a dentist since covid started, I was recommended a deep cleaning and just so happened there was a cancellation later in the day. I paid $44 for the exam and got a discount for the deep cleaning with an estimate of $829.00. I wanted it done and paid for the convenience. The deep cleaning took 45 minutes, scheduled for an hour but was seen 15 minutes late, and felt no different than any other cleaning I had ever had. I don't think I'll be back.
